This is the place to get the lowdown on all things local. Or, wait until you get there to ask the person behind the counter or at the café for a suggestion or two. Chances are good they'll be more than happy to help. We knew once we got you here that you wouldn't be able to leave... but what do you do when you've run out of money? Pocono PA has a host of services waiting to serve you. Check here for wedding and special occasion planning, builders, parks, chambers of commerce, and yes, even banks.
So whether you are traveling to the Pocono Mountains for the first time or a current resident of this beautiful region, there are many Poconos businesses that are available to assist you with your individual needs.
The Sculpted Ice Works Factory Tour and Natural Ice Harvesting Museum will be opening this Memorial Day weekend. Each year Sculpted Ice Works manufactures over 12,000 crystal clear ice carving blocks in their plant, and transforms them into brilliant ice sculptures of all sizes. The museum will showcase methods of ice harvesting, ice harvesting tools, uses of ice before refrigeration, and how ice was delivered. The tour of modern ice manufacturing will demonstrate how ice sculptures are made from start to finish. Summer hours will be Monday through Saturday from 10am-5pm, Sundays from 11am-4pm. More
