Cultural & Historical

Located one block off Main Street, is the 1880 (J.A. Wood, architect) structure with its back to waterway that made the town. The interior has been partly modernized, but here are remnants of the original, including some marble fireplaces, iron stairs, and hallway decor. The upstairs courtroom still has the original bar and bench.
