Description:

Fish in the lake include: catfish, chain pickerel, muskie, large & small mouth bass, perch, bluegill, crappie, walleye, and some trout (Lake at one time was stocked with trout).  The PA Fish & Boat Commission stocks the lake and determines numbers, species, and dates of stockings. Trout are no longer stocked in the lake.However, Mauch Chunk Creek is stocked with brook and rainbow trout.
