Now available for purchase online at www.poconosgolf.com, the new card features $25 rounds, with cart, at leading courses throughout the four-county region. The discounted rounds are available Monday-Friday and Sunday after 1 p.m. from April-November, allowing golfers to play at each course twice.

In its seveneenth year, the tourism marketing conference will feature the latest in Genuine Hospitality, “Delivering World-Class Service,” beginning at 10:30 a.m. The PMVB will then be awarding local hospitality industry workers and properties during the annual Tourism Achievement Awards Luncheon, which recognizes excellence in guest and community service throughout the region.

The biggest brand in triathlon is coming to Pennsylvania in 2011 with the addition of Ironman 70.3 Pocono Mountains. Scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 2, 2011, the event will take place in and around the scenic Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area with a fantastic finish down Main Street in historic Stroudsburg, PA. The inaugural race will mark the first Ironman event in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and will include a multisport expo and other interactive events. Course maps and additional race details will be announced in the coming months.
