	        <title>Open Mic Night Thursdays</title>
	        <description>The open mic is hosted by Strange Brews Coffee Shop every Thursday night.&amp;nbsp; Musicians, poets, writers, performers, and comedians are encouraged to attend.&amp;nbsp; This is a family friend event, so no cussing is allowed.&amp;nbsp; Open Mic Night Thursdays will be held from 5-8pm.&amp;nbsp;</description>

	        <description>Brain Freeze Trivia with host Gary Smith of Gary Internet Radio, is the popular version of bar trivia from the company that created World Tavern Poker.&amp;nbsp; It is open to individuals and teams of up to six players.&amp;nbsp; There is no fee to play or cover charge to enter Wintergreens.&amp;nbsp; Brain Freeze Trivia runs every Wednesday.&amp;nbsp; Registration begins at 5:30pm and the first trivia round begins at 6:30pm.&amp;nbsp;</description>

	        <title>NASTAR</title>
	        <description>Nastar is a recreational race series for all ages. The race is a modified Giant Slalom Course. It is a way for racers to gauge themselves against racers from around the country. Medals are awarded. A racer can choose to do two runs for $5 of unlimited runs for $15 each race day. Races will be held Thursday evenings 6:30-8:30pm. Registration starts at 6:30pm at the top of Raceway.</description>

	        <title>Johnny Maestro and The Brooklyn Bridge</title>
	        <description>After making a name for himself as lead singer of the Crests with hits like Sixteen&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;Candles and Trouble in Paradise, vocalist Johnny Maestro formed Brooklyn Bridge in 1968 and scored a gold record the next year with their recording of the heartbroken Worst That Could Happen. Brooklyn Bridge was an amalgam of Maestro, the Del Satins and a brassy outfit called the Rhythm Method.&amp;nbsp; Tickets for the show are $30.&amp;nbsp; Doors open at 7:30pm and the show will begin at 8pm.&amp;nbsp;</description>

	        <description>Join Environmental Education Brian Hardiman on this birding trip to destinations to be determined by pre-trip scouting and local reports.&amp;nbsp; Target birds in the past have included northern shrikes, various raptors including wintering nesting owls, a host of waterfowl, and early spring migrants.&amp;nbsp; A nice mixed bag of avian goodies can be anticipated.&amp;nbsp; The cost is $20/non-member and $14/EE member and includes van transportation.&amp;nbsp; Participants will meet at MCEEC at 8:30am and return approximately 5:30pm.&amp;nbsp; Pre-registration and payment are required and limited.&amp;nbsp; Participants should pack lunch, binoculars, and dress appropriately for weather.&amp;nbsp;</description>

	        <description>A special day in the Sugarbush has been planned for scout troops.&amp;nbsp; The day will feature a tour of the Sugarbush including stops to learn about Native American and early pioneer methods of making syrup, the evaporator process and methods of identifying and tapping a maple tree.&amp;nbsp; After the tour, everyone will get a chance to taste some of the syrup on freshly made pancakes.&amp;nbsp; The cost is $5/adults and $3/for scouts and children under 12.&amp;nbsp; Programs can be scheduled between 9am through 2pm and are open to any level of scouts and their families.&amp;nbsp; Pre-registration is required.</description>
