Keep your eyes open for the ospreys nest or the glimpse of a striped bass. Grab a Pocono map for those scenic drives and as you go over a bridge, see who can hold his or her breath the longest or let them discover the Milky Way along an overlook at night. Families can go horseback riding; go commando on the paintball field; or ride aboard an old-fashioned train ride. In winter they can slide down the mountain on a snow tube or sled.
