Getting married in the Pocono Mountains offers many blessings. It mixes the romance of a scenic landscape - the picturesque rolling mountains, backdropping waterfalls, the changing color in the Fall - with countless activities to keep wedding parties entertained and relaxed.
It will be what a wedding is supposed to be - a wonderful party in an intimate atmosphere. No matter what sort of event you intend to hold, a wedding amid the Poconos is a gift to your guests. If they are coming from away, a weekend with scenic hiking, skiing, cycling, world-class spa facilities, mountain streams to swim in, golf and any number of other activities at your doorstep is a treasured escape. If your guests live in the neighborhood, marrying in the Pocono Mountains is a chance to better enjoy a place we love to call home.
Basic Requirements for a Wedding in the Poconos
Both the bride and the groom must be at least eighteen years old and single. If either party is under the age of eighteen, parental consent is required. If a couple meets these standard requirements, they are qualified to begin planning their Poconos Wedding.
